COMMUNIQUE OF THE 10TH MEETING OF THE CONFERENCE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVES OF ARTS & CULTURE OF OIL PRODUCING STATES (CCEACOPS) HELD IN YENAGOA, BAYELSA STATE, FROM AUGUST 19TH - 21ST 2004.

The 10th meeting of the Conference of Chief Executives of Arts & Culture of Oil Producing States (CCEACOPS) held in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State from August 19th _Çô 21st, 2004 was preceded, on Thursday, August 19, 2004, by the launching of "Aunty Maria", the debut music album of The Glory Beats, the resident band of the Bayelsa State Council for Arts & Culture.

The event recorded a huge success, after which members of CCEACOPS inspected the on-going gigantic Bayelsa State Cultural Centre Complex (aka Gloryland Cultural Centre). Members expressed their joy and satisfaction with the fast pace at which the project was moving.

After deliberations, the meeting resolved as follows:
